Together we will explore the epic archeological discoveries, walk through the King Hezekiah’s water channel, visit the Pool of Siloam where Yeshua healed a blind man. From there, like the ancient pilgrims did, we’ll walk along the Roman pilgrim road taking us up to the southern portion of the Western Wall!!

Davidson Centre (Jerusalem archeological park), walk a long a 2000 yr old Roman road to the Southern Steps.

The Jewish Quarter, we will take time for reflection at the Western Wall. We’ll visit the Temple Mount, (Moriah), where Abraham brought Isaac, the same mount and platform upon which the Jewish holy temples were built (1st and 2nd Temple Periods) and destroyed.

On sight today we see today’s Islamic holy structures (Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa Mosque, built in the 7th century) known as al-Ḥaram al-Šarīf, "the Noble Sanctuary". We’ll stroll through the Muslim quarter and have opportunity to visit the north western portion of the the Western Wall ‘the Western Wall Tunnels’.

Mt. of Olives, Mt. Zion

We'll begin from the Observation Point of the Mount of Olives taking in the magnificent panorama of the Old City of Jerusalem.  We'll walk down the mountain to the Dominus Flevit Church (Luke 13:34, Matthew 23:37) and the Garden of Gethsemane (Luke 22:42). After walking through the Kidron Valley (Jehosaphat) and explore the ancient tombs. After Lunch we will visit the Church of St Peter in Gallicantu where according to tradition Peter denies the Lord and where Jesus is held over night. From there will visit the peak of Mt Zion and visit the traditional 'Upper Room' site of the Last Passover Meal and Pentecost (Luke 22:12 and Acts 2). On location we have opportunity to visit a site which is venerated as  King David’s Tomb. We’ll walk through Zion Gate to Jaffa where we will end our day.

Old City of Jerusalem

A memorable walking journey through the four quarters of the Old City of Jerusalem: Muslim, Christian, Armenian and Jewish quarters. 

We'll visit the traditional site of the Upper Room and take time to consider when Jesus, 2000 yrs old celebrated his last Passover meal with his disciples and where the Acts 2 day of Pentecost came.  We will see the tradition site of King David's Tomb, a Jewish seminary learning (Yeshiva), a preserved Mosque and portions of the ancient Crusader cloister.  We will reenter Zion Gate and walking into the renewed Jewish Quarter of the Old City, where the historic, archeological and biblical writings come to life. Following some culinary refreshments, we will continue our journey  you ample time for reflection and prayer at the Western Wall, one of the four support walls of the Temple Mount built by Herod the Great. We will visit the Pools of Bethesda at Saint Anne's Church operated by the French White Fathers community (John 5) where Jesus healed the paralytic who had been waiting for healing for 38 years! We will walk along the traditional route of the Via Dolorosa (Way of Sorrows) and visit the traditional site of the crucifixion (Golgotha) and burial of Jesus Christ of Nazareth (at the Holy Sepulchre Church).
